You only need one identification document to make a deposit.  Deposits may be made even by third persons

Withdrawals from account

When making a withdrawal, an identification document must always be presented, for security reasons, and the withdrawal must be confirmed in the manner agreed upon in the agreement on setting up the account (signature matching the specimen signature, authentication code). 

Advantages

Withdrawals of up to CZK 100,000 are permitted without prior notice
